Nebraska Coyote Population

Most predator callers know the coyote population in NE had taken a dive over the last seven years.  This was due to mange, a mite that attacks their skin, causing itching, scratching, open sores, infection and ultimately death.  In many areas, especially easern NE, callers are seeing more yotes as the population is bouncing back.  Now is a great time to start calling again as there are good numbers to be found.  Good luck!
