Family Fishing on the 4th of July

I absolutely love Independence Day! Each year, I assist my neighbors in putting together a fishing program for young kids and families. This year was no exception and the kids had a great time. What is it about fishing that kids love so much? I think mom’s learned a great deal too. Kids love catching fish and bluegill are the species they can catch all day by the bucket! Some pulled out of the lake were huge! I wonder if these kids give lessons?
