You Have to Start Somewhere
A couple of weeks ago, I ran a photo of my dad’s tacklebox on this blog. This, in turn, drew a response from the family of Kelsea Nore, an intern at NEBRASKAland.
Her grandpa (as she called him), sent her a picture of his grandson Chase’s tacklebox when he was in kindergarten. And while I can promise you that Chase would love to search through my Dad’s tacklebox, taking some of the biggest and brightest lures for his own collection, I can most definitely guarantee you that on some days Dad would be convinced that the contents of Chase’s box could catch fish just as good, if not better, than the ones in his own.
