The cost of the event was $10 per child for their DU Greenwing membership and every participant was provided lunch, given a Ducks Unlimited hat or t-shirt, and entered into a drawing for the 2 Lifetime Hunting permits, 1 Youth Shotgun, 1 BB Gun, & $350 gift certificate to Bunker Hill Hunting Resort.    The winners pictured with their presenters  from left to right are:  Jeremy Evans (Event Co-Chairperson), Evan Frink (Age 4), Ashley Davis (Age 15), Jason Redding (Event Co-Chairperson).

The purpose of the event is to teach youth about the importance of Ducks Unlimited and waterfowl habitat conservation, as well as providing the youth a chance to learn and participate in a variety of activities including archery, fishing, BB gun shoot, 22 shoot, and clay target shoot.  Through participation in these activities the first and foremost objective is to teach safety and the activities are scored. The top scores of each event are awarded prizes at the end of the day which include fishing poles, tackle boxes, hunting gear, and gun cleaning cases.
