THINK BIG GAME

For you resident hunters here in Nebraska, it’s time to think ‘big game’ and about applying for various big game hunting permits.

At present, you can make application to get into the super tag or bighorn sheep hunting permit lotteries.

Very soon, beginning on May 16th at 1 p.m. Central Time, you could enter hunting permit drawings for pronghorn antelope, elk and two deer management units – DeSoto December Muzzleloader and Republican Firearm.

Take note that on July 11th at 1 p.m. Central Time, residents or nonresidents, along with eligible landowners, can start purchasing remaining big game hunting permits. Don’t forget!
