CHANNEL 6 AT FAMILY FISHING NIGHT, COME JOIN THE FUN!

Come join the fun with me and my friend Ross Jernstrom, the WOWT-TV/Channel 6 Sports Director in Omaha, when we broadcast our Weekly Outdoor Report on the station live with you and your family at the big Family Fishing Night event, Wednesday, July 13th at 6 p.m., at Halleck Park Lake in Papillion. Halleck Park is located just a quarter mile to the east of the intersection of Washington and Lincoln Streets in downtown Papillion.

Any chance I can get to broadcast outside, you know I’m there!

I especially look forward to meeting all of you at events like these and offering up my fishing tips to the kids!

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission’s Fisheries Division sponsors these Family Fishing Nights which are fun, outstanding opportunities for people of all ages who have never fished or have not fished in years, to learn in a hands-on fashion from those of us with lots of angling experience. Rods and reels as well as bait and fishing instruction will be available for FREE. Appropriate fishing and park permits are required.
