Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium to Host Turtles and Frogs

LINCOLN, Neb. – A Nebraska Turtles and Frogs workshop will be held March 17-18 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium.

Greg Hartel, an education specialist with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, will display the state’s common frogs and turtles. The public can see and touch these animals up close as Hartel describes how these creatures survive in the wild.
