Revised Natural Legacy Project Now Available
LINCOLN, Neb. – The public may obtain a copy of the Nebraska Natural Legacy Project, second edition. The Project is the state’s wildlife action plan, and many people use it to guide successful conservation that benefits wildlife, habitat and Nebraskans.
Significant changes since the 2005 first addition include updated at-risk species lists, Biologically Unique Landscape boundary adjustments, inclusion of newly identified threats and strategies for wildlife.
