Right on time: 2nd egg is laid
The female Peregrine Falcon was acting a bit squirly Wednesday morning, no doubt because she was trying to expel a large object from her body. That large object was the second egg of the 2012 clutch and it was laid at approximately 10:45 a.m. Chances are good there will be one, maybe two, more eggs. The next one should also arrive in 2-3 days.

Joel, thanks for the great info…I have been watching- the new camera is awesome…like you are right in the nest. I did however miss the laying!
