Look out from below!
Troy Kroeger captured this short, albeit nifty, clip of one of the Peregrines flying up to the nestbox. Nice view!
For those that don’t know, Troy Kroeger is our IT guy that invested a great deal of time and effort to bring us the new camera view.

WAY COOL!! Finally get to see all 4 eggs… Thank you, Troy!
Joel ~ Thank you for the explanation with close-up photos. Love it!
I’ll second Moms ‘WAY COOL’ sentiment! Kudos out to Troy for the clip. Great work, Joel!
Always wondered about how they approach the nest site. I don’t know if they do a “fly-by” to check out the nest first or hover over the nest before dropping in. Guess the approach he/she used in the video is to dive down then pull up right at the board. You can see how the board on the far side is pock-marked with claw gouges! Bet there will be some repairs to do when the nesting season is over!!
