Whooping Crane poaching – reward offered

The disturbing incident over the weekend of a critically-endangered Whooping Crane being illegally shot and killed in South Dakota has not gotten as much traction as I thought it would.   Indeed, a google news search this evening yielded only a couple newspaper articles.   However, there is now a $10,000 reward for information that leads to arrest and conviction of the criminal that committed this illegal crime (I am being redundant on purpose).    More information can be found in the story linked below
