“What a Wonderful World”
I blog about Nebraska, fish and fishing most all of the time. But, if you have been reading my blog for awhile, you know that especially on Fridays I might throw something up just for the fun of it. The video that follows has absolutely nothing to do with Nebraska, fish or fishing. I just like it. As I was thinking about posting this, I recalled that I watch various “nature” shows on TV all the time. I am fascinated by them, I love ‘em. I have posted up clips of some of my favorites here on my blog. I believe that the more a person learns about the outdoors, about the plants, animals, fish, weather, geography, etc., etc., etc. the more we develop an appreciation and respect for those natural resources AND the more we will enjoy our time in the outdoors. And that’s not all, I also believe that the more we learn, the more successful we become in our outdoor pursuits as well, yes, I mean we will catch more fish and take more game.
Enough of my rambling. Take a minute and watch this, just sit back and enjoy it.
Wait a minute, it just came to me, I know how to relate this back to Nebraska, let me post this video again and suggest you take a few minutes to watch it too!
Now, I like to go off and make radical comments every now and then here on my blog. Let me finish this up in style by saying I believe every kid in the state ought to learn that song; afterall, it is THE state song! Well, it is the official state song, but “There is No Place Like Nebraska” is pretty darned good too. Come to think of it, every kid in the state should know that one too!
Have a great weekend!

As a non football fan, I actually had to google No Place Like Nebraska, before realizing it was the Husker fight song.
