Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium to Host Bird-Banding Workshops

LINCOLN, Neb. – Free bird-banding workshops will be held at Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium this fall and winter. The workshops will be Sept. 8, Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1 from 9-11 a.m.

In addition to up-close lessons on field identification, participants will learn more information about many of our state’s songbirds. All ages and groups are welcome.
