SEE LIVING HISTORY AT ARBOR LODGE ON TELEVISION

September 18, 2012 Uncategorized No Comments

In conjunction with the apple harvest in the Nebraska City area (www.nebraskacity.com), I’ll be encouraging you and your family to take in living history at Arbor Lodge State Historical Park in Nebraska City on television this week. Cider pressing  (below) is one of those activities I’ll be showing you on the air.

My TV gig – The Weekly Outdoor Report on Omaha’s WOWT-TV/Channel 6 www.wowt.com is broadcasted live on Thursdays at 6 p.m. CST during the sportscast.

Reminder:  If you are unable to view the live broadcast of the outdoor report, video replays of the report can be seen after the initial cast at this link: www.wowt.com/sports The report can also be accessed on Digital Channel 6.2 and Cox Cable Channel 120. Additionally, Channel 6 runs The Weekly Outdoor Report on Saturdays later in the station’s hour-long 8 a.m. newscast. Tune in, then plan that trip with your family to visit Arbor Lodge in Nebraska City on a Sunday afternoon this fall (http://outdoornebraska.ne.gov/Parks/pdf/LIVING%20HISTORY%20FLYER2012.pdf)!
