Deer Crossing

We are moving into the rut, breeding period, for deer in Nebraska.  In my adventures around the state in the past couple of weeks I have been seeing a lot more deer, have even been seeing some nice bucks in this past week.  No, EHD did not kill all of them.  I have had to slow or even come to a stop a couple of times to avoid them.  Anyway, it is time for our deer to be on the move, be sure to on the look for them!

Hope you got a laugh out of that.  That video has been making the rounds on the internet, and some of you might have already seen it.  When I first saw it I questioned whether it was legitimate or if someone was spoofing a radio station.  Apparently not, here is “the rest of the story”. . . .  (make sure you turn up your volume for this second video). . . .

If some of you start stealing deer crossing signs and moving them close to your tree stand, someone is going to get suspicious.
