I don’t have a comment on the article But I figured that you might be able to help me.
I live in the Oregon. last summer I was helping a friend go through some boxes of her fathers who has passed away. and among this stuff was a very old permit to fish and hunt , dated July 23, 1929 she was going to toss it out. I saved it and was wonder if the State of Nebraska might like it if you do just e-mail me and i will send it to you. It is in real good shape. I just hate to throw things out. I hope you can use it.
