Doe/Fawn Permits issued for the October Late and December Late season require that hunters avoid killing adult bucks, including those that have shed their horns. Bucks have a darker head color, consisting of a black nose and a dark neck and cheek patch at the base of the jaw.

New in 2012 - Doe Fawn permits allow the harvest of antelope with horns shorter than the ears.
