RULES:
- one permit allowed per person
- not valid for mule deer in MDCA:Buffalo, Frenchman, Platte, or Republican units

- If hunting Dec. 26-Jan. 18 with firearm, antlered bucks are NOT legal. Jan. 1-18 is Antlerless Only
- Not valid in DRAW units (Frenchman, Platte, Republican)
- River Antlerless includes Oct. 1-10 with any weapon (Youth and Landowner not valid) – Private land only
- AO SC Republican permits and bonus tags not valid on Harlan County Corp of Engineer lands
