to conserve species of wildlife for human enjoyment, for scientific purposes
and to insure their perpetuation as viable components of their ecosystems. According
to section 37-807(3) All other state agencies shall, in consultation with and

to section 37-806 and by taking such action necessary to insure that actions
authorized, funded or carried out by them do not jeopardize the continued existence
of such endangered or threatened species or result in the destruction or modification

and the component needing a state permit. The project location needs to include

species reviews are completed in the order they are received. The approximate
turnaround time is 30 days and there is no expedited option. Hard copies sent
